Refunds
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Simple Pine, for any reason, for a full refund: any merchandise that’s in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and accessories.
We do not accept returns of software, products labeled as “Final Sale”, or any products that have been personalized or customized.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
